Group Therapy - NBFSCG is excited to offer FREE group therapy.
Ages - Adults 18+
When - Groups are offered on Mondays 4:30PM - 6PM. NO CURRENT GROUP AT THIS TIME.
Where - Virtual (link to be provided via email once participant has signed up)
Why - It's understandable to feel overwhelmed, so why not talk about it.
