About Us

Meet Dailah

My name is Dailah Mulder.  I am completing my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I have been happily married for almost 19 years to my amazing husband and have been a stay-at-home mom for 19 years, to 5 beautiful teenage and adult children, including a son-in-love. In my leisure time, I enjoy working out, hosting dinner parties, shopping, museums, reading, spending time with my family, and sitting by the river with a coffee, enjoying the sunset with my husband. I look forward to serving you according to your counseling needs.

Attachment Styles

There are 4 attachment styles:

  • Secure Attachment - such individuals are comfortable with intimacy and conflict.
  • Anxious-Avoidant Attachment - such individuals fear rejection and abandonment causing them to experience difficulty with being alone.
  • Dismissive-Avoidant Attachment - such individuals are uncomfortable with identification and expression of emotion.
  • Disorganized Attachment - As a result of abuse, maltreatment and/or neglect, such individuals have difficulty trusting themselves and others often sending mixed signals of the previous two.

About Attachment

Attachment Styles

Attachment Styles

  • In a nutshell, everyone has an attachment style. It acts as your ID for how you choose to see, experience and respond to experiences in your close relationships.  Your attachment evidences how you give and receive love, in your relationships the matter most (romantic, parent-child and friendships). Dr. Twine uses this lens to work with her clients to improve their identification, expression and understanding of love and emotions.
